We want you to love the
kids wall stickers like we do, and we’d like to share some information with you to
make sure you do love them.
Postage
of the wall stickers
All of our kids wall stickers are
made of a special paper, and when rolled up for posting on occasions
they can take little creases as they’re put in tubes. Fear not, it
doesn’t damage the sticker, and they’ll still look great on the wall.
We’ve tested our stickers lots, and the creases don’t show on the wall.
There’s a few things that you can do if you like to remove the creases from your kids wall stickers. We recommend leaving them flat for a few days (one tip was to put a folded duvet on top of it, or ironing – we liked that one! Another excuse not to do the ironing). This will help remove any creases.
Preparing your walls
for the wall stickers
The kids wall stickers are really easy to put on the wall, and its best to take a few minutes just to make sure the wall is ready and prepared for it. The manufacturer recommends taking a damp cloth and ensuring the wall is clean, we’d trust your discretion as to whether this needs done.
There are some do’s and
don’ts though around freshly painted and plastered walls though. If a
wall has been recently plastered, painted, then we’d let the wall settle
for a month or so to ensure its dry and the sticker won’t cause any
damage. Also, its best not to apply stickers onto plasterboard /
untreated walls.
Applying the
kids wall stickers
All of our stickers are
on a paper backing, and some of the designs are intricate and we’d
recommend care peeling them off. Once they are off the backing paper,
apply them to the wall (or wardrobe, door, whatever smooth surface you
like really) and then rub out any bubbles. Easy peasy.
Not entirely happy?
We really want you to
be happy with our products, and if you’re not 100% happy, simply return
the kids wall stickers unopened (feel free to use the same postal tube) and we’ll
refund your product cost.
